Follow the steps below to register your child online for Soccer Sprouts:

WEEKNIGHT SOCCER SPROUTS

3 - 10 yr olds: For the MARCH/APRIL Season, we are offering MONDAY NIGHTS AT THE FCA TURF (69th & Southeastern) and Tuesday nights at the Impact Center (500 N Ebenezer)

Monday nights are played from 6-7 and Tuesday nights are offering 5:20 & 6:20 time slots to choose from

9 & 10 yr olds will be playing at 6:20 on TUESDAYS ONLY

Season starts March 2 & 3 and ends April 13 & 14 (if we can get outside 3/17 and 3/24 when IMPACT Center isn’t available). We play weekly for 7 weeks straight.

DAY CARE SOCCER SPROUTS

3 - 5 yr olds: Day Care Soccer Sprouts can register online by selecting their day care location from the listed facilities. Your scheduled day and time can be found on the CALENDAR page. Same day and time each week.

$70 for the 7 week, MARCH/APRIL season

A COUPLE REGISTRATION OPTIONS for the 7 WEEK March/April Season:

• WEEKNIGHT SOCCER: the Mar/Apr Season starting Monday, March 2nd / Tuesday, March 3rd for $83. We play 7 weeks.

• DAY CARE SOCCER: the Mar/Apr Season starting the week of March 2nd for $70, where we go to your child’s day care and play at their school during the day! YOUR NIGHTS STAY FREE FOR FAMILY TIME!!!

Click on the REGISTER button found on our home and registration pages OR scroll to the bottom here and click on “Register Today.” A new page will open, listing all of our program options - you may need to scroll down and click ahead to locate the correct option you’re looking for, either at one of our daycares or the weeknight options for each season. AFTER you select the session(s) you wish to enroll for, you will be prompted to sign in with an email address to create an account.

Privacy Policy - ACTIVENet Captivate App

(per Apple and Google Play Console Policy)

Our app offers fitness challenges which users can join and integrates with Google's Health Connect to collect user's calories burned, distance walked/ran and steps climbed. Our app will analyze the daily exercise data of users in Health Connect to calculate their progress and determine whether they have completed a fitness challenge. The challenge includes the distance covered, the number of steps taken, and the total calories burned by the user. Users can receive these challenges on the homepage, and when they accept a challenge, a prompt will appear requesting authorization to access Health Connect. We will request permission for Distance Record, Steps Record, and Total Calories Burned Record in minimum scope to fulfill the functionality of our app. Once we obtain this data, we will display the corresponding exercise data and progress in the app, as well as update the server's progress. When the user's exercise meets the target value of the challenge, we will indicate that the challenge has been completed. We retain user data only for as long as the user’s account remains active. When a user requests to delete their account, all associated personal data will be deleted from our systems.

The use of information received from Health Connect will adhere to the Health Connect Permissions policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
